- Perpretator of sexual abuse / animal violence as a child, military academy

- Likely abusive mother, emotionally absent father. Thing with the bathtub.

- Teenage criminal activity as exasperated by recruitment into local Klan chapter

Military

WIP

- Joined marines at 19 to escape investigation after first wife's 'mysterious' death

- Served two years honorably in the Pacific Theater (could've joined anywhere between 1941 - 1945)

- Three confirmed enemy kills, two suspicious American deaths within his company

Police Dept.

WIP

- Post-military, returns to Blackwell, Oklahoma and resumes Klan activity

- On police payroll since 1947. Very effective in gaining profits from exploitation of prison labor, extortion, and civil forfeiture. Multiple commendations.

- Marries a second time, extorts wife's family, who then later died in an electric fire. Wife flees to Chicago and later dies from 'natural causes'.

- After being promoted to Sergeant, he marries a third time, wife dies by 'suicide' with multiple gunshots to the head.

- Investigated by and later recruited into Project LATHE via senior intelligence officer Clyde Perry.

- Upon interview with Clyde at a local diner sometime early Feb. 1956, Leland violently attacks him after realizing his intention (? or something im not sure)
